Cancellation Policy: It’s understood that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, leading to the need to cancel appointments. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate other clients, I kindly request the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit. 2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service price, and the remaining deposit will be applied towards this charge.
